Russian Research Ltd. was established in 1994 as an independent research company. It has considerable experience with the organisation and management of large-scale international and diverse research projects (quantitative and qualitative), effective communication, coordination, and execution of complex research designs n various national settings, effective promotion campaigns and dissemination. Since its registering, the company has actively participated in the design and execution of more than 60 large-scale international research projects in Eastern Europe and the NIS. RR will assist in coordinating the entire project and will co-supervise together with the Coordinator all fieldwork in the NIS to ensure timely and coordinated delivery of results. RR will lead on the development and evaluation of qualitative research (focus groups) and desk-research.
Igor Galin, Managing Director, Russian Research Ltd., has received his education at the Kiev, Moscow and Oxford Universities and holds higher degrees in Social Psychology, Sociology and a Diploma in Economic Sociology. At Russian Research, he has designed and run a number of large-scale projects, including the projects for the BBC World Service (UK), the European Commission, the British Council, USIA, the Eurasia Foundation, NATO, the US State Department, the Foreign Office, the University of Oxford and the University of Glasgow and others. Igor Galin made key contributions to the preparation of EUREQUAL without which proposal would not have been completed.
